To provide my clients with the tools and strategies to reach their health and fitness goals. To educate the community on the benefits of physical therapy and yoga therapy in achieving optimal health and wellness.
That people embrace their potential to live more fully through self-care, education and a healthy lifestyle.
I am a Philadelphia native, but I’ve lived in Colorado for 14 years. I landed on the Western Slope with my husband and German Shepherd where we plan to stay, indefinitely. Colorado has proven to be the perfect place to live, work and play.
I’ve been a physical therapist for many years. In my youth, I was constantly hurting myself and wanted to learn how to help myself recover from all my injuries. I love to learn. Studying the human body, mind and how they function together is fascinating to me. I enjoy teaching others how to recover from injury, manage their condition, and improve their function and performance.
In my spare time, I enjoy any and all sports available in this beautiful area or kicking back with a good book. I’ve recently gotten into gardening, though I have much to learn!
