Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy & Integrated Care

Modern physical therapy brings together evidence-based practice, hands-on expertise, and a deeper understanding of the factors that shape healing. I integrate all of these elements into my work, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me.

Because I operate outside traditional insurance constraints (except Medicare), I’m able to offer focused, individualized care and dedicate the time necessary to create meaningful change.

What Physical Therapy With Me Looks Like

Physical therapy is a conservative, non-surgical approach to reducing pain, restoring mobility, improving strength, and supporting healthy movement at any age. But the experience can vary greatly depending on your therapist’s training.

During your sessions, you may receive:

  • Orthopedic evaluation & movement assessment

  • Manual therapy to mobilize joints and soft tissues

  • Trigger point dry needling

  • Cupping or soft-tissue release techniques

  • Targeted therapeutic exercise programs

  • Breathing and postural strategies to support optimal function

  • Education and self-care strategies tailored to your lifestyle

My goal is not just to help you feel better now—but to give you tools that help you stay well.

My Areas of Expertise

My primary specialty is orthopedics and manual therapy, meaning I’m skilled in diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions and using hands-on techniques to support healing. Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to include:

  • Scoliosis management (Schroth-based approach)

  • Sports rehabilitation

  • Breathing and movement dysfunction

  • Trigger point dry needling

  • Cupping and soft tissue therapies

  • Mind–body practices such as yoga and complementary approaches

No two people respond the same way to injury or stress. Your program will always be customized to your needs, goals, and lifestyle—you’ll never receive a generic handout or a cookie-cutter routine.

Is Physical Therapy Right for You?

Below are some examples of common conditions I treat. If you’re unsure whether I can help, feel free to reach out. If physical therapy isn’t appropriate, I’ll guide you to the right provider.

My priority is helping you find the most effective path forward—whether that’s with me or elsewhere.
