Wellness Programs

As mentioned, wellness is a process.  Below are some programs I have created, but you can work with me on any wellness goals you have that fall within my expertise. If you want to customize a program or learn more about what I do and how I may help, contact me directly.  

Catalyst program

This is a 60-minute once off session to get you started on your fitness journey.  This is for you if you just want to dip your toe in the water and gather the resources necessary to move forward.   I will meet with you in person or via Zoom to gather information on where you are now in relation to where you want to be on your wellness path.  My role will be to provide you with kickstart directions and baby step plans to get you headed in the right direction.  A perfect start if you’re spilling with motivation to be more healthy, but don’t know where to start.  If you want more guidance, accountability, support and real results, you may want to keep scrolling. 

Heres what’s included:

  • Questionnaire (to complete pre-meeting) that dives into the big picture of health and wellness in order to help you pinpoint areas you may be lacking and those you may want to focus on more heavily.
  • Access to resources that support your goals and help you succeed.
  • Setting goals with a kickstart on how to begin.  
You will walk out (or sign off if you choose Telehealth), with clarity on 1 or 2 baby steps to take immediately, and resources to help you move toward your wellness goals.  

Reset Program

Okay!  Now you’re talking!  This is a 6-week program designed to get results.   Each week (or every other week, depending on what we determine will work best for you), will have  specific steps prioritized to meet your 6-week goal(s).  The goals you’ve set for yourself will be reviewed and discussed during our first meeting so we are on the same page and can establish a home-run scenario. 

Here’s whats included: (you get everything in the Catalyst Program and more)

  •  Access to daily (quick) guided meditations and/or mindfulness techniques to help reframe your mindset
  • One-on-one meetings to review, tweak and progress your goals each week to help you stay on track.
  • Hand outs with clear steps (SIMPLE) to keep you focused on your goals.
  • Support.  You will have constant access to me if you have questions, get stuck or need a kick-in-the butt to stay motivated.  Your success matters to me!

This all sounds great, but I've been here before.....

These are common sentiments.   The point of hiring a health mentor is to nudge you in the right direction with solutions and suggestions for overcoming excuses and making small but significant steps towards your goals.
