This is a 60-minute once off session to get you started on your fitness journey. This is for you if you just want to dip your toe in the water and gather the resources necessary to move forward. I will meet with you in person or via Zoom to gather information on where you are now in relation to where you want to be on your wellness path. My role will be to provide you with kickstart directions and baby step plans to get you headed in the right direction. A perfect start if you’re spilling with motivation to be more healthy, but don’t know where to start.
