courses

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools for your health.

We breathe around 20,000 times a day, yet many of us could breathe more efficiently and with less effort.

This course translates the science of breathing into practical tools you can begin using right away. If you’re curious about how to harness the power of your breath, you’re in the right place.

Breathing for Wellness

Breathing well isn’t just about inhaling and exhaling.
Your breath is the bridge between body and mind — shaping your energy, focus, sleep, and stress levels. When you breathe efficiently, both at rest and during movement, every system in your body functions better.

But knowing how to breathe well isn’t always intuitive. Many people read books or learn individual techniques, yet struggle to apply them to their own bodies.

Others want to begin but aren’t sure where to start, what’s appropriate for their body, or how to build a routine they can sustain. This course is designed to change that.

Who is this for?

This course is for you if:

  • You’ve read about breathing or tried different techniques, but weren’t sure what was right for you

  • You’ve struggled to apply what you learned in a consistent or meaningful way

  • You feel stressed, tired, tense, or out of sync — and want simple tools that actually work

  • You’re curious about breathing but don’t know where to begin

  • You want a structured, supportive path to build awareness and develop a daily practice

  • You’re a mover, yogi, exerciser, or simply someone who wants to feel better in your body

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with experience who wants clarity and direction, this course will meet you where you are.

Why this course is different

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all breathwork program.

It’s a guided exploration of your breathing — how it functions, how it feels, and how it can support you.

You’ll learn not just techniques, but the why and how behind them, so you can make informed choices and build a practice that truly fits your needs. The goal is not to breathe perfectly.

It’s to feel empowered to use your breath as a practical tool to support your physical and mental health.

Time commitment

Each module includes a short educational video (15 minutes or less), several mini tutorial videos (about 3 minutes each), and simple handouts or worksheets to support your practice.

For best results, I recommend practicing the techniques for about 10-15 minutes a day.
But this course is designed to meet you where you are. Even if you simply watch the lessons and practice when you can, you’ll start to notice shifts in how you breathe, how you move, and how you feel.

Course Format

This course is structured as a 6-week guided experience. I recommend completing one module per week to allow time for practice, integration, and reflection.

While you can move at your own pace, steady engagement tends to create the most lasting results.

You’ll have 12 months of access to all course materials, allowing ample time to move through the progression and revisit practices as needed.
